This particular review is about how great Joe, the maintenance guy, is and how thorough he is when fixing issues in my condo. Great asset to Greenbriar for sure!

My partner and I, had just moved in and so far this is a very nice place to live!
Quiet, and love the area. Becky helped us for a while moving in and keeping in contact with us, we absolutely recommend Becky! She is great. Again, so far so good. We are blessed and excited to continue this journey.
Joe is also a great maintenance worker! Highly appreciated staff.

Cute place! Lots of convenient amenities, such as a laundry center, gym, outdoor pool in the summer, dog park etc. Maria helped make a the move in experience a breeze and was super easy to work with. I love that everything is online and you can simply pay your rent through an app or put in a service request. Maintenance has been super efficient and helpful! Joe is a great asset to the team and recently came in to fix my leaking sink and dishwasher issue. He fixed it so quickly and had a great attitude about it! The only thing I think needs to be improved here is we definitely need security cameras at the entryways as I have had many packages stolen. I now need to send any packages that are going to be delivered to a different address. Otherwise, this is a very nice community and staff here is excellent!

My move-in experience was great! Sylvia made the process smooth and pleasant, ensuring everything was taken care of. Joe was also very helpful in addressing a few things my apartment needed. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I have to share my experience with my move in, as moving is an extremely stressful experience in general.

Sylvia was incredibly helpful during the initial application process. I had many questions, and she was patient and handled everything so well.

Maria went above and beyond by actually answering our questions while she was on vacation!! They were awesome!

I'm so happy to be part of this lovely community. I look around, and everything is quiet and beautiful. That is the perfect environment for us!
