Doc is great he listens to every concern and takes care of them. Was able to get an appointment the same day, probably just got lucky but the whole office is helpful and friendly.

DR. PRUNER IS PROFESSIONAL, GOOD LISTENER AND PERSONABLE. HE ORDE
RED A CT SCAN AND BLOODWORK. I received results the same day on MyChart and the same day the doctor received results of the CT Scan. I RECEIVED A CALL THE SAME DAY AND SHE TOLD ME MY RESULTS, SUGGESGED WHAT FOODS TO AVOID, and EXPLAINED CT SCAN. Prospect Radiology was efficient and clean. The tech was very nice. I was ordered medicine and the pharmacist at CVS North Main, Waterbury filled it promptly. The staff at checkin very nice also.The CT SCAN of my heart not covered by any insurances. It should be. Thankful for HSA card.

The Dr. and his staff have been so helpful and supportive to me and when I’m not well or just need a good visit, I actually don’t mind going to Dr..Pruner!!! Dr. Pruner, his assistants and office staff always have treated me well. Appointment times are what they say - no waiting. Dr. Pruner has seen me through some tough times, he knows what he is doing. My son sees him also. If you live in Wolcott or nearby towns and need a good primary care physician he is an excellent choice.

Dr. Pruner and all the staff that work in his office are profecional, efficient and very nice. He will answer all your concerns and questions. I feel at peace because I know I am in great hands under his care and with a team that are proactive to get the job done.
