This place is great. Always friendly and helpful. I didn't put my car starter here yet they helped me here with my issues. Cause obviously the other place is too far away. But now knowing about the care they put into their work here I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Won a complete motorcycle audio system from a raffle sponsored by Kar Tele. Met with Mike to go over the plan for the install on my 21' Road Glide. My OCD makes it hard to trust anyone working on my bike but after talking with Mike, realizing his vast audio knowledge , attention to detail and meticulousness I felt comfortable . End result was a flawless install and a great product too. I'm a customer for life to say the least.
This shop was highly recommended by a friend. I was impressed by their audio system install so when it came time for a starter to get installed in my BMW I knew who to trust. The install was done professionally and clean. Not many shops install starters in BWM''s but KarTele is the place to go for all your needs when it comes to BMW's they know what they're doing to fully integrate the system with your factory remotes to make it seamless. My wife is loving her new toy. Thanks again..
I cannot express how grateful I am for the above and beyond service I received at KarTele. I made a huge mistake and ordered a product (and had it installed) only to find out I truly disliked it and they made the whole situation beyond right. I thought I was out a great deal of money but I called and explained why I was unhappy and they worked with me to fix the situation. I'm stilled floored how happy I am still. Aside from the great service I absolutely love my new UConnect screen!! It was meticulously installed.
Best audio installer around !!!!!! KarTele does an amazing job- twice now they have done work on my car, and honestly I couldn’t be happier!!!!!!
