Libby is truly the best! It’s obvious she genuinely cares—not just about her work, but about her clients too. I had an issue with a piercing (not even one she did originally), and she walked me through the entire healing process with so much patience and care. She’s kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve gotten three piercings with Libby so far and can’t wait to go back for more! My nieces have all gone to her, my friend has gone to her, and I’d recommend Libby in a heartbeat. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.
