Each class has been very welcoming and refreshing. I've taken a nice sampling of a few different ones since I've started and the instructors have all been wonderful. They do well guiding each move and teaching how to breathe for each of the steps. I'm excited to finish my time here.

Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, the classes offer the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. I’ve felt stronger, more centered, and less stressed since joining. There’s a real sense of community here—no ego, just good energy. Highly recommended!
I love that Nourished Roots offers a variety of yoga classes throughout the day, making it easy to attend with my schedule. Each teacher and class I’ve attended have been wonderful so far. I also had a Relaxation session with Steph and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I felt the stress and tension in my body melt away with each gentle movement. I felt extremely relaxed and peaceful when I left and that feeling stayed with me for days. I will definitely be signing up for another session.
I instantly felt at home in this beautiful safe space! I had the honor of enjoying a class that combined sound healing with restorative yoga poses. It was perfect, especially because my body was craving morphing into a blanket burrito to avoid the pre-Thanksgiving stress. This was exactly what my mind & body wanted on a Friday night! Can’t wait to go back for another class.
