Our kids love the gym! Coach G and Rafael are patient instructors who genuinely want to give over their knowledge and skill. No ego involved in teaching. Hope to get back on the mats myself one day soon.

The Viana family bring the true meaning of love to a Waterbury. They are here for the whole community of all ages & they have a lot to offer for the mind body & soul. The atmosphere is welcoming & high spirited. They are very passionate about what they do here. My son took 2 classes & was hooked. They showed me a side of my son I never seen & gave him the confidence he needed. Come see maybe even take a class & get hooked, it will all speak for itself the engery is amazing. What started with my son has expanded to our family training here. We decided to enroll our 5 year old son. He is taking MMA and Jujitsu and he loves it. He is learning to be more disciplined and having fun. Classes are full of high fives and smiles. the coach is excellent and our son especially likes being able to not only practice in his own age group but exercise and practice with the older kids. I myself have been training here since they opened I have trained at other schools but this one has the best sense of camaraderie between students and the teachers. My mother and her boyfriend train here. I took my first class today and as soon as you enter you are greeted by smiling faces who are just as excited to have you there as you are to be there . The coaches there are phenomenal. they were so incredibly encouraging, and patient, it was a breeze picking it up because there was no pressure! Great job at creating such an inviting atmosphere . I highly recommended this place

Viana brothers martial arts academy is my 5 year olds favorite place to be! It is a clean, safe and positive environment to train. The brothers are excellent role models and you can tell they love kids. My favorite part is the smile that is on my son's face the entire time he is there! Hands down best place to train for boys and girls of ALL ages! My son was shy and timid this place helped him out of his shell. I’m also seeing an improvement in his Concentration.
