Stopped in today to shop for a P365XL strong side OWB holster. Ended up leaving with that, plus a spare mag carrier and a Kore belt. I’ve need an upgrade for a while and I needed a decent holster for an upcoming defensive pistol training. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service provided by Michelle and Matt.

I’ve been in Retail Sales & Customer Service for roughly 25 years now and it’s truly hard to find businesses let alone the owners who are running the business that pride themselves in Customer Service like you’ll find at Patriotware Holsters from Michelle & Matt. Right away from my very first phone call with Matt when he had no idea that I would eventually be doing business with him, he treated me like family or a friend giving me guidance and direction answering my questions and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him or he was annoyed. If you’re looking for cheap imitation knockoffs that are mass produced with ZERO quality control or pride in the craftsmanship of the finished product to save a buck then Patriotware Holsters isn’t for you. If you are looking for a precision fit individually hand molded product where the individuals who are making the holsters are the actual owners, who I can attest are extremely passionate & dedicated to providing the best holsters at a competitive fair price than reach out to Michelle & Matt. Communication is everything and if someone doesn’t know something’s wrong they can’t fix it and I watched Matt on one of my visits interact with someone who had very particular requests with his holster and Matt listened to his concerns made the modifications and didn’t ask for a penny!! Please support your local business owner & domestic USA manufacturing right in your own backyard!!

Purchased back in november ‘24 for a right handed IWB holster for the sig p365x macro and gave it some time for an honest review. First off the pros for me are its decently adjustable being able to clock the holster ever so slightly to get a more comfortable position when sitting and maneuvering around if your a busy person. Along with that it has great retention so the fire arm doesnt slip out of the holster at any moment and takes a very comfortable amount of effort to draw. It contours the fire arm beautifully leaving a minimal print if any at all considering it comes with the belt tensioner for a close body fit. It also comes with the ability to run optics with 0 interference (that ik of, using the holosun 407k) The only con i have and its a pretty big one, is the interior plastic that sits between the body and the firearm. I think its great that it goes the length of the firearm but it seems they didnt take into account the ambidextrous safety. The holster is so good at fitting close to the body that when sitting often times i will hear a click and come to find out the way the holster is grooved is just right to flick my safety off. Sometimes itll put it in the middle where its a wild guess of if its on or off sometimes its all the way off. A pretty uncomfortable feeling for me personally. I hope theyre able to fix it because i will be the first in line for the new one. Other than that im looking for another holster that doesnt do that if anyone has any ideas or advice. Third pic is showing gauge in plastic from riding on my safety lever 4th shows a fully in tact safety 5th shows that in between stage u can get from leaning forward.

I just got my first holster from patriotware and I’m so impressed and satisfied with my purchase! Super comfortable! Super durable! A great holster! I have holsters from big name brands and this one blows them out of the water!!! I will be replacing those with more from patriotware very soon.
