    Great place to do business with. I've been dealing with them for 40 years. They are always very friendly and helpful and go that extra mile when you're in a jam.

    Customer service hardware is great!!! Shennie is wonderful, Tom is wonderful. Rep is never helpful; I would do more business if I would hear from him. I have to call cs with any questions. I had a big motorization job and all he could say was I don't know motorization. He has been in this business for decades. Really unfortunate; thought I'd pass that along. I am sending along per my manager.

    I am unhappy with the cheap look of the product. I asked if I could exchange the item and was told that once I opened the box the item was considered " used" and that they sell only "new" products. This is not written anywhere on the packing slip or invoice. $500 wasted. Not a fair way to deal with a customer. Additionally, they lost my credit card number that I gave them over the phone. Very disconcerting. Just an unpleasant experience in every way.
