I was just discharged from the hospital late Monday afternoon, and my supply’s where Scheduled for drop off the next day. I was extremely surprised when the technician came that same day before 6 PM.
He was very courteous, as well as, knowledgeable and hooked everything up and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to recommend. AdaptHealth.
Everything was great, Juliette was very friendly and welcoming, explained everything in fine detail, showed us how to use the masks, different sizes and shapes, the machine and more! I was very well set up and had all of my questions answered. It was easy to set up my machine when i got home! I highly recommend Juliette for all of her work and how much she helped me out today!
She is very well informed, caring and kind is able to explain and answer questions with out being lost. She was caring about how I felt and it’s been along time that a medical professional treated me with such care and compassion, she knew about the machine and how to use it she is absolutely amazing and I leave knowing how what where and when on the practice and use of the medical device. To her I want to say thank you for putting me at rest and teaching me how to use my machine. Thank you you Laura you are amazing person.
I met with the sleep study coach Diane. She was absolutely incredible. I have never been through this process before and it was a little embarrassing. Also a little frightening and she made me feel so comfortable and made me feel so important. She uplifted me and explained everything down to the tea. She is very detail oriented and very, very good at her job. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody she is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. This company should be so glad they have her on Their team. I would just like to say from the bottom of my heart thank you Diane so much for what you said and did for me and for helping me through everything and making me feel listened too and important. If anybody gets her, you will be very, very good hands.
