Drew, the owner, replaced two broken windows for us and made the whole process very easy. He handled everything himself - came out to measure, gave us the quote and did the install. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers - he took the time to chat, answer questions and just be a real person, not a rushed contractor. That type of business interaction seems rare these days and it was much appreciated. Great guy, great local small business. Highly recommend!
Drew, the owner of Precision Glass, was fantastic when he came to our house after a massive windstorm caused our kitchen window to shatter. He measured the broken window and ordered the replacement glass promptly. He also measured for a new piece of glass for a picture frame. When I mentioned our windows were hard to open, he thoughtfully provided replacement springs for one window as a test to improve functionality. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and his pricing was very fair for the services rendered. Ten years ago, I used Drew at Precision Glass to replace the large picture window at my home. In 2020 I was so pleased that another contractor heading up a renovation at my house recommended Drew to do a shower door in my new bathroom. I was extremely pleased with both jobs. Drew is very professional and knowledgeable, and I would recommend him for any glass or window job.
Went to the shop and filled out a service slip with what I needed, left it in the drop box. I think the shop is not manned all the time, you drop off your screens or whatever you need fixed, fill out a slip, and leave it at that. Got a phone call a few days later and the small piece of glass I needed was ready to pick up. The work was very professionally done, and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Thanks again!
