The team here is the best! There are enough vets on staff that it’s fairly easy to get an appointment when you need to. Your pets will receive professional, compassionate care throughout their life journey. I don’t find their fee schedule to be out of line, and the practice deserves every bit of success that it is apparently having. I’m really looking forward to the additional services that will come with the expanded facility!
We have always had a very positive experience at the Roxbury Animal Clinic.
When we noticed significant signs of decline with our loving cat Kuba’ Dr. Miller and other members of the staff we kind and honest.
When made the difficult decision to put Kuba to sleep Dr. Miller and the RAC team could not have been gentler or more understanding. The process was sad but loving and respectful, ending with a group hug…
And today we received a condolence card individually signed by everyone at the clinic! It means a lot.

My family has been bringing their animals here for over twenty years, and on a recent visit home with my two cats, I was nervous about finding care away from their regular vet. Dr. Gilliam was an absolute gift, showing real compassion and taking the time to listen to my anxious cat mom worries and explain everything in detail and so kindly. Her patience and genuine love for her work and the animals she treats truly stand out. Dr. Tim was also wonderful, as were Michelle and Evelyn, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find veterinarians who take the time to understand and care so deeply, but everyone here does. I’m so grateful for their kindness and care 🩷.

Provided care, empathy, and a really safe space to say goodbye. There was even spiritual evidence 11:11 😜 at the reception desk. I am so impressed and grateful to this clinic.

Bethany at roxbury vet could not have been more compassionate when I had to bring my dog in to have him euthanized. They didn't rush me, new exactly how to handle myself and my poor rusty puppy.
They also sent a condolence card after with every member of the clinic signing it. Highly recommend!! 🤎
