Bab's Pizza

My wife and I love this place. We like their calzones so much, that once we requested a giant one, stuffed with goodies, to split. They enthusiastically did the special order for us, and now it's our favorite request, and our fave spot for calzones. We couldn't finish it! Leftovers for lunch, baby! The salads are excellent, and they are not stingy with ingredients... plenty of feta, olives, sundried tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers galore. The staff is friendly and the vibe is homey. And who's Babs? She's the owners mama, and our meals were served on her quaint old dishes. Highly recommend.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, half mushroom and half pepperoni. I understand how they do the “dollop” cheese but 100% sure there is not extra cheese on this pie.
As far as the toppings they took a regular cheese pie and threw cold uncooked topping on top. Also the pizza was colder than room temperature. I don’t know this but seems they took a premade cheese pizza they use for slices, put some toppings on and boxed it.
Clearly no regard for there customer.
I was looking forward to trying Babs but ended up very disappointed.

A really delightful joint on RT22! Obviously a lot of pizza in NY and local try county area, but Bab’s is a really nice standout! Our family ordered a few different pizzas, salads, and garlic knots. We enjoyed everything and the Grandmas Pie was superb!! Top notch food and service, so we will be back!

Babs is amazing. Their pizza is phenomenal and truly knocks others out of the park. You can really tell they use high quality ingredients and their “every pizzeria salad” is perfection! So happy to have a bit of a different pizza restaurant around here, it’s a breath of fresh air!
