I had a ring custom made with my grandfather's remains to have a piece of him with me forever. The staff was very reassuring and I put alot of trust in them with this very important piece. The ring is gorgeous! Alot of happy tears were shed. This was my first jewelry purchase for myself and an obviously very special piece. The staff kept in touch with me throughout the process. She guided me with patience and expertise, helping me find two beautiful pieces. She helped me create a beautiful ring for my mom’s 40th birthday, which my mom fell in love with. She also took her time to help me look for a lovely gold bracelet. Maria was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and attentive. Can’t recommend this place enough. My girlfriend and I walked in looking for an engagement ring. After going to multiple main stream chain locations and constantly being told no and trying to be pigeon holed into a cookie cutter option and with little to no help. This place was a breath of fresh air. Having not known much about the process or the world of jewelry, Maria was incredibly helpful. She walked us through our options and what was worth it and what was not. My girlfriend had a unique vision for a ring she had seen online, after being told no repeatedly by others, Maria worked with her and helped to see her vision come true. Even when they didn’t have it in the store she worked to make her vision come true by combing two rings as a template to build off of. She was the first and only person we went to that actually listened to us and wanted to see the vision and her dream ring come true. I went back to order the ring, and asked for a pretty quick turnaround time and Maria said of course and that she would make it happen, even after asked for a digital mock up of it first. With two changes throughout the process, Maria remained in constant communication and was so receptive to all the changes we had; and was even able to get the ring done with more than enough time to spare for the quick turnaround I had asked for. The ring is beyond our wildest expectations, my fiancée loves it and can’t stop staring at it. When we posted it online every other comment was saying how incredible the ring was. Couldn’t thank Maria and Centergold enough, we’ll definitely be back in the future, and would recommend them to anyone!
