Not reliable. He came with his son and installed a toilet. That went fine, no issues. Prior to appt, i requested he also fix a broken gasket and sent pics of it. The day of install, he didn’t have time. I was frustrated but scheduled an appt the following week. Unfortunately i had to reschedule due to coming down with the flu. It’s been almost 2 months and I’ve tried to reschedule, repeatedly, but continually get blown off. He says that he can do it this Saturday and on Friday when I am trying to firm up a time, I either get ignored or he says his son will call. I never get that call. On the hunt for a new plumber.

Frank was amazing and did a great job fixing a cracked pipe under my sink! They’re well priced, knowledgeable and efficient! I would highly recommend them!

My high efficiency gas boiler stopped working this morning (Saturday march 25). I called JR plumbing and heating (I spoke to Frank. He was very nice and understanding) after contacting 5 different boiler services, but most of them were not able to come until Monday. JR plumbing sent Lance within an hour, he was exceptional.
I would RECOMMEND their business to anyone in need of plumbing and heating work done.

Best plumbing service we've ever used! Julio responded immediately, came by the next day, and fixed three different issues quickly and effectively. He walked us through everything he was doing and was very professional. I'll definitely be calling him again.
