Never a call you want to make, but when we noticed water leaking in our bathroom from the ceiling, we called ZSL Plumbing and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday night. The technician, James, was great - he ran diagnostic test after diagnostic test and was meticulous in trying to discover the problem. While we weren't able to figure out where the water was coming from, we feel confident that in the future, if we have any plumbing issues, we will call ZSL Plumbing! Highly recommend.
ZSL plumbing showed up within an hour of my phone call and addressed my issues both professionally and with keeping the customer in mind. The servicemen were great explaining their reasoning behind everything and providing me a detailed plan with how to attack my issues. 10/10 recommend and will be calling them back to service my hot water heater and replace my old baseboard heating in the new nursery I’m building!
Our burner started leaking and they came within 2 hours of me calling, gave an extremely fair price, then came the next day to fix it all. The workers were all kind and professional. ZSL Plumbing did great.. Thank you Rob and Jonathan for wonderful job. Also they have great 3 other guys.. They worked at my house to removed our very old Boiler and radiator in which they were broken down.. Never see a team that worked great together. Great team they got. They communicated great and responded quick. Would def use them again for future plumbing stuff.
We have a 3 way tub and shower faucets valves. When I turn the shower on, the tub water still comes out. We got three estimate from 3 plumbers. Two out of three told us we have to completely change the shower body, the cost will be $650 and $750. Robert from ZSL plumbing sent an estimate on Sunday Afternoon. $150 rebuild +Plus part. We couldn't believed it was true. We scheduled on Monday morning, Robert came on time and replaced our 6 basement valves, one toilet valve and he took out the 3 way tub and shower valve stem, he had to order the replacement part. second day his partner John came and installed. it works perfectly. Knowledgeable, reliable, Honest plumbers. Thanks to ZSL.
