Wolf Plumbing and Heating

Joe is a REALLY nice guy, but after taking time off of work and 3 opportunities over two months to complete a job I had to ask for my money back twice (The first time he tried to reschedule it was due to 'supply' and didn't reach out to me, I had to text him and he got back to me hours after he was supposed to arrive ((I paid to put my son in daycare that day so the job could be done) he asked for another chance to complete the job to avoid taking a loss and I agreed because he is a cool dude and I like to support small business where I can, but he didn't seem to want the job since he didn't show up the second time around either.
In an emergency he is there for you (I know this because the job before this last straw he didn't show up or reach out, later on said it was because of an overnight emergency) . But giving him a four hundred dollar deposit for a couple hour job with having explained the urgency of it being completed ASAP in the original correspondence, he was MIA.
At the very least. Keep an open line of communication with your customers. I hired Joe for 3 jobs he was late/non-communicative for the two he did complete and then there was the last job/straw.

Joe, besides being a nice guy, was knowledgeable, thorough, fixed the problem with no surprises… His assessment was accurate and he resolved the situation. He also put me in contact with Vecchio cesspool service. I especially like that he did not fabricate expenses that we’re unnecessary. His price was completely fair and his work was outstanding… I will definitely call him again… Plus he came out on a Sunday morning when no one else would… Thanks Joe!

Joe nice guy easy going and answered call. Not like most places where you get answering service and no call backs. Joe made appointment with me the for next day and let me know that morning he was on his way to update me. He solved my leaking base board with out issue draining system replaced some leaking copper and got air out of system when he was finished as well as check heating systems settings. Joe knew what he was doing and well priced I have confidence in wolf plumbing and heating and will call again if when any plumbing and heating needs arise.
