Great place and great service! I had an issue with setting up my new phone and Jorge went the extra mile to work with my provider to figure out what the issue was and now it works like a charm! Definitely go to him if you need a hand with your phone, he's a wizard!

If you are in the Pawling, NY area and need assistance with your phone or tablet / etc., you will not be disappointed if you stop in and see Jorge at Elianas Wireless. He has been there for over 14 years and his customer service is truly top-notch. Jorge has built a nice business while making taking care of his customers his daily mantra. I was in today and witnessed two customers that he totally went the extra mile and they left with grins from ear to ear.

Thank goodness that Eliana's Wireless is right here in town. I had to go there not once, but twice today. First stop was bc I put my sim card in up side down and it got jammed. The owner, George, SAVED the day and was able to get it back out for me. Went home to try to set the rest of it up, but of course I had I.T. problems, so I googled what time Eliana's was open and thankfully it was 7pm. Ran out the door for my second trip there....And George SAVED the day yet again! Even though it was a busy Friday, he took care of each person with great customer service with everything they needed.

Took both my iPhone & iPad in to have the screens repaired not knowing if they were repairable . Not only was he able to repair them, he did it within a couple hours as he had supplies on hand and it was affordable . He is friendly & fair . I will recommend him to anyone who asks from now on.
