I'm not a big customer, but I've purchased a few things from RPM over the years. One, was a remote car starter that I bought for my wife's Acura 2013 RDX. That was 12 years ago! It stopped working so she called RPM. Dave could have, immediately told her that it was so old come in and buy a new one. But, He didn't! Instead he spent a long time on the phone talking her through possible fixes. We may end up replacing it but first he's going to inspect and, possibly , repair. Update: Dave didn't fInd anything wrong! Probable cause was my wife not holding the button down long enough. When I asked how much for the diagnosis he said "don't worry about it. I didn't do anything." I asked him about the negative feedback. He told me that he tries to answer all the calls but he's a one man shop and there are so many calls, emails, etc. That there just aren't enough hours in the day and that if he hired someone he would have to raise prices
I had a hitch installed, my birthday gift. Great service, very pleasant . Highly recommend.
