Also stopped in today and Pete was very helpful aw putting a new sticker to my windshield. There were some system errors but he was able to work through them. Excellent customer service.

Machine broke my OEM mirror off my Toyota my 3rd time ever going there. Management was very nice and understand in assessing the situation. (Only reason they’re not getting the 1 star) Had yo file a police report so now there will be an accident on my cars record (which was flawless before this) overall disappointment.

I will give this place a 5 star because the customer service from the worker P was amazing. He was very attentive, well mannered, and very respectful . He made sure I had any and everything I needed to clean my car. More places need workers like him because he was honestly the best when it came to cleaning my car. P you are a great worker. Look out for him if you come to the Naugatuck car wash.
