Spa At Litchfield Hills

The staff at the desk were friendly, efficient and professional. My hair was cut and styled by Katie. She listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. She is talented, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Katie is a true artist of her craft! From start to finish was an exceptional experience.

This is my go to spa for when I want a relaxing yet effective massage. Amanda is amazing at what she does and always offers me both a blissful experience while melting away the tension with a deep/firm pressure. You would never know that they’re currently renovating as the temporary space they built out next door is beautiful enough to be the finished spa. The nail salon got a major facelift and looks lovely as well. I always enjoy looking through their retail and they now sell to go juices which is great for after a session.

I generally have always had a good experience here. Maybe five years ago they had a couple staff members at the front desk that were a bit cold and short which made me feel like I was an inconvenience. But the staff who handled the actual nail and spa treatments were what kept me coming back, excellent work and service every time.

Fast forward to the last couple years: The atmosphere is even more restful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The current ladies at the front desk are just amazing! As someone who struggles with anxiety, they are exactly the people you want at the front. They have an easy and natural banter that invites you to be present and at ease.

That shift would be enough in itself to illicit a positive review, but I’m reviewing now because two weeks ago I had to bring my three month old baby with me for a pedicure due to our sitter being sick, and everyone was SO kind and patient, including the other clients.

I felt badly but needed to prep for a work trip out of state and my toes were a disaster. My options were limited, so I just brought the baby. I was extremely lucky, many other ladies coming in for their appointments were aunties, moms, or grandmothers. It was such a relief to be treated with kindness. Mind you; My infant was calm and didn’t disrupt the atmosphere. He is a very chill baby. I don’t recommend bringing your kids, there’s no space for them and there’s nothing for them to do, but with my very little guy this happened to work out and I wanted to praise this staff for how professionally and warmly they received me, an exhausted, disheveled, working mom in a bind. Thank you so much to all of you!

Big fan of this local spa! We've gotten massages, some facials, manicures, pedicures, and even gotten my hair done here - every single time has been flawless! Although I don't go as often as I'd like to, I am indeed looking forward to the next time I do!
