Starling physicians used to be awesome!! Now the office in Plainville relocated to New Britain. That place is awful. The doctors are great, but they can’t work alone. Dr Motschmann exceeds her reputation. She’s truly devoted to her job and patients. She will be greatly missed. Sadly, starling physicians ((grove hill medical)) also lives up to its reputation. The staff there lie, and steal. All personals, including ur keys should be safe guarded because they won’t be returned!! When I go into a doctors office, that’s not what I should expect.
Dr. Motschmann is very professional, polite & personable. She explains everything very well. I haven been seeing her for many years & i always had good experiences in her office. All the staffs are very professional & caring. Zero to very minimum wait time in the reception area & also Dr. Room. The service is very efficient. Thank You!!!
I’ve been seeing Dr.motschmann for 5 years and LOVE her. The review in regards to the waiting room, that is not her fault. The response about pushing birth control or arguing to take out IUD was NOT the case with me at all.
I have tried both the mirena and paraguard after my two pregnancies. She did not hesitate to remove it and insert my next choice. Even after those didn’t work for me, she let me choose my options.
If you are a person with a high level of anxiety(which I am) I can tell you she is fantastic. She will be able to keep you calm and reassure you and explain what’s going on.
Also, the upfront staff is so great too...not sure where all the negative comments are coming from. Terry and Danielle always are happy to send the doctor a message and get back to me same day.
