Nice, but somewhat limited selection of toys and related items, and they do wrap gifts.
Really awesome store with a lot of variety and quality toys. Prices were not high, and any questions I had were easily answered. I definitely would recommend checking it out
A bright and delightful local toy store! They have a nice selection of toys and books geared mostly for younger children. I've been there often and always find something to suit whatever occasion I'm shopping for. The pandemic has affected their inventory temporarily. Nevertheless, they still have a decent variety of options. The owner, and often only staff person, is helpful and friendly. She will go out of her way to assist you with any questions you may have. The prices are very reasonable as well.
On a visit to Litchfield, we stopped at The Silly Sprout to see what's new in toys. It was wonderful -- discovering toys we had not seen before. Beautiful store!
We bought two craft kits for our 6-year old granddaughter, and we had a great time talking with the owner about surviving the pandemic (delivery when others stopped delivering, for example). We love the store!
