Wonderful space for a comic shop, fantastic selection and personable and knowledgeable owner. I would think there are people coming from all over to get rare issues or to browse the selection.
Cool old factory setting and other cool small businesses in location.
Great selection of books, both new and old and the prices are very fair. This used to be my main comic shop for years and years but I live further away now so it's a once in a while kinda place. The store is clean and well organized though a bit hot on summer days, and it's a bit difficult to find in this newer location they moved to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Not as many collectibles as I would've liked but still, a great visit everytime.
Best comic shop in CT IMO. The other shops are too small and lack the inventory; not here!. Always a nice selection of back issues including sliver age which is my main focus. You never know what you'll find in the consignment cases from week to week. The owner is very accommodating and great to talk to about almost anything. Wish it was a better location, one-way driveway of an old factory, and I don't visit the Waterbury area often. Worth it for me to take the drive once a month.
Amazing place, you feel at home, many collectibles, lots of boxes to dig in and maybe find a pearl somewhere, every Wednesday your new comics arrive. Store is pretty wide and ambients the geek inside.
