Awesome fun time. Many characters, not just Santa and Mrs. Clause. One of the best Polar Express trains we've been on. I didn't give it 5 stars due to the audio on car 5. It was an intricate part of the experience, story telling, where to look outside, etc... We couldn't hear anything due to the poor quality, cutting out, tinny, and static noise. Other than that, one of the best. This is 4 kids and 28 years of Polar Express trains later. Merry Christmas!!

It is always a nice time. Parking is tight, so show up early. My son loves doing the holiday trains!!!

Take off from here on a relaxing journey through time. Year round rides with destination excursions for young and old. Friendly informed and informative staff.

nice train ride about 90 minutes long. The conductor gave us a history lesson on the rail road. At the half way point t we stopped at Fascia Chocolate shop in Waterbury. My wife and I bought chocolate and gellato both very good.

We took a wonderful excursion from this restored train station aboard the Naugatuck Railroad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
