I was at Turnbridge Woodbury twice - the first time for a little over two months, the second time for a month. In my experience, the therapists, nursing team, and support staff are all genuinely invested in your wellbeing and growth. Everyone there just wants you to succeed. They help you build a toolbox of skills to deal with crises and help you find ways to cope with your unique emotions and trauma. Turnbridge saved my life, and the time you spend there doing the hard work of healing is absolutely worth it. I am forever grateful.

Shoutout to Chris P. (both), Bes, Ari, Julian, Edgar, Mijo, Alia, Ayda, Shauna, Lauren, Tommy, Marc, Dave, Nicki, Daryl, Alissa, Ray, Scott, Melissa, Justin, Madeline, Tammy, Lizzie, Sarah, Danyelle, Mary, Lynn, and Michelle - you all made being away from home so much easier. Thank you all endlessly.

Also kudos to the chefs: Colleen, Matt, Dave, and Jeff. The food was, overall, pretty good!

My 15yr old son was there for 60 days. Their Psychiatrist Mike reworked all his medications and he was monitored by all the staff for any changes or side affects which made a huge difference in him. We had family therapy sessions with Melissa and with him to help him get a better understanding of himself and others. The weekly updates we received from Justin were most helpful. Chelsea was so very helpful with helping facilitate him on to a residential High School and with our multiple questions. There were a lot of activities there to keep him busy during his transition. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Turnbridge, Woodbury was the best thing to happen for my son. He had been in residential since May at another facility and came home worse off than when he went in. He overdosed and almost died during the 3 weeks he was home before going into Turnbridge. To say we were skeptical was an understatement given our last experience at the other facility in NH. But we were so extremely thankful for the treatment that he got and the support we all recieved as a family.

The staff at Turnbridge know what they are doing hands down. I have been in the mental health field for 33 years and I don't say this lightly. Melissa connected with my son, who also has Autism, in ways that was so beneficial. She understood him and his substance use and social issues in ways that helped him become sober. Justin understood my son from day 1. He picked up on things about him that most other people miss. Things that are important to know about him in order to treat him and help him. The weekly calls with Justin were so helpful in supporting our family. And weekly therapy with Melissa was actual therapy and not just check-ins. She has skills beyond her years.

The education staff, Tammy and Lizzi, both were wonderful in helping our son and advocating for him with the school to get what he needs for when he came home. Tammy knows her stuff and isn't afraid to assert herself for the betterment of the kids. Having that kind of support was so refreshing and welcomed.

Chelsea, the clinical director, was supportive at all the right times when we needed her to step in for reassurance and guidance she never hesitated (even calling on the weekend to assure us everything was ok).

Our son has a lot of challenges and he worked the program to the fullest and best of his ability. He connected well with the staff and managed his social struggles the best he could with their support. The best part is he came home and didn't run to try to use everything he could get his hands on like the first time. He spent almost 60 days there and it was the best experience we could have asked for. He has only been home for 3 days now and he's super anxious but he's safe and not using and that is huge. We are very proud of him.

We can't thank the staff at Turnbridge enough. I highly recommend them. This program is excellent and it helped our son tremendously. Thank you!!!

Our experience at Turnbridge Woodbury was great. My daughter has been in and out of treatment at different places and I have to say that this time was the best. I felt that my daughter was safe and incredibly taken care of there during her stay. Everyone there was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. They were able to get me the information or at least guide me in the proper direction to get the answers I needed. Chelsea and Justin were my main contacts, We spoke weekly about my daughter's progress and how we all could best serve her while she was there. Melissa was her therapist and was able to break through a lot of barriers that no one else did. She was able to have extremely productive family sessions and did check ins when she was able between clients with my daughter throughout her stay. Tammy was super informative about my daughter's progress with the educational part of her stay. Everyone there is so supportive and helpful through these extremely hard times. No one wants to drop their child off at a facility for a few months while they are going through a hard time. It's difficult for everyone involved and the staff at Turnbridge Woodbury completely understands and extremely compassionate and supportive. I felt that my daughter was completely listened to (finally) and was better leaving than when she arrived. Thanks to everyone that I didn't mention as well. You all played an important role in my daughter's success!!!
