Ortos is an amazing expierence. The service is always on top, and the food never disappoints. I can highly recommend the burrata squash, I would’ve eaten 100 if I could have!

A culinary delight in a cozy historic home! I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate my dairy allergy- two of the pastas (squid ink and rigatoni) and many of the entrees if not already dairy-free could be made so. I was delighted at the array of dinner options (appetizers and desserts are limited for dairy allergy but that was expected). I had a Bibb salad (modified for my allergy) and the cod in tomato broth which was excellent-upscale comfort food for the soul. My husband had the gramigna and a butcher steak- he said both were delicious and the steak cooked perfectly. We were seated in a small alcove just the two of us which was lovely and romantic for a night out. Attire was more casual than we expected (staff in t shirts, blue jeans and white sneakers). Just two things to note, the one-seater restroom has a slanted ceiling which may be tough if you are tall (I am not), and they do not accept credit cards (just cash or check). You must visit this hidden gem!

Restaurant orto is our favorite restaurant to dine at. The food is outstanding, the staff extraordinary and the atmosphere is delightful. The meatballs and polenta is an amazing appetizer, the duck for my main course is our favorite, and the honey gelato is the perfect way to end the meal. Sandra and Janine are both incredible waitresses. My family has hosted multiple parties here as well (baby shower and retirement parties) and they're nothing but wonderful. I'll be back to dine soon!

We hosted my bonus daughter’s bridal shower here and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was outstanding—every guest commented on how delicious it was—and the atmosphere was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. Planning was stress-free, and on the day of the event, we felt completely taken care of. I highly recommend Orto for your events ( cake from the Rolling Pin Bakery)

The BEST date night experience. My boyfriend and I come here often because it’s always an evening of romance and heavenly food. The meatball polenta appetizer has to be the most comforting food I let my tastebuds try. Besides the devine food, the atmosphere is fantastic with low lighting and its rustic charm, beautiful wooden beams and great service it all comes together so well for a perfect dining experience.

They offer a prix where you can try one of everything on the menu (1 app, 1 pasta, 1 entree, 1 dessert) and you can also bring whatever wine you enjoy and they’ll happily uncork for you.
