Dr. Libis is the BEST. There is not a call she will take. If she busy she'll always call you back. Excellent service. All of My grandchildren go there. In the beginning I had an issue with the new staff members at the front desk but I learned that I was so used to the wonderful lady she had working for her so many years that we had to get used to them. They are a little bit younger... They are excellent with the children and getting you letters and paperwork on time. They stick to the rules and I think with the other lady that used to work with her had a more of a bond with doctor and she was a little older and mature so I think that's what the problem with the staff is. however the staff is excellent change is not easy but it's inevitable.
I just feel that I have to let the world know this: Dr Libis was my doctor as a child and she also saw my sister, who is 12 years older than me, when she was a child. She also saw my brother-in-law and all 4 of his siblings through their youth. Now I’m 21 with my own daughter and she’s treating my child as well. I guess you can say she really is our family pediatric physician. She has treated all of us well and we all love her and her practice❤️
We have been using Dr. Libis for almost a year now and our experience here to date has been nothing but wonderful! After having an absolutely horrific experience at my baby's first pediatrician (at different practice), we were able to quickly be seen by Dr. Libis. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She gives great advice, is direct and cares about the child she is working on. Her staff are so kind and helpful too!
