Every employee was incredibly professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. When my shipment to the store was delayed from a snowstorm, they were excellent about getting me in the same afternoon it finally arrived.
Really had a great experience with Discount tires. I bought 4 Continental extreme contact dsw06 plus from Mavis discount tires 12 days ago and now i had a bubble in one of them. The Mavis refused to honour the manufacturer Continental warranty and didn't even bother to inspect the tire and claim my warranty from Continental.
I just went to the American tires and they were immediately ready to claim my Continental warranty under road hazard program and offered new tire just for 35 dollars considering my usage.
No delays no claim nothing. They were ready to offer a new tire worth $270 just for $35.
So amazed with their service and customer treatment whereas Mavis treated me like trash!
I heard about the discount tires protection plan and immediately signed up for that one as well.

Amazing team and 5-star service! I ordered four tires online and they were ready by the following day. They also price match any competitors. They are very professional to install all four tires in 30 minutes. Four-wheel alignment service will also be available soon!
