This past weekend my co workers Hyundai Santa Fe took a dump on the side of the road (under the 202 bridge on queens road) not knowing what was going on Luke from Amwell Automotive was driving by with his buddy and stopped to see if he could help mind you this was at like Sunday 7ish pm. Me and my co worker are escorting the dump trucks clearing the snow from R202 we’ve been working since 2am in the morning non stop. Luke was able try and jump the car but still the car was having Communication issues with its module showing Christmas lights on the dashboard and showing a message saying put the car in park or neutral key not detected and after all his own efforts there was only so little he could do off the side of the road he was able to point us in the direction of what towing company to use and have it dropped at his shop. Yesterday I received the detailed Inspection report along with photographs of where the issue arose and how they solved the issue.

Today we were able to pick up the vehicle and throughout the process both Luke & Kevin were of great assistance I would like to thank them for taking care of the issue and overall great experience with the team I would highly recommend this shop. Great people really went up and beyond with their customer service support. Thank you once again!

Finally broke free from dealership servicing/repair and went with Amwell Automotive. Super easy to schedule, customer service is top notch, knowledgable employees, fair pricing, and a free shuttle! My issue was identified quickly, explained thoroughly, and properly repaired. I had questions about replacing tires in the future and they suggested using a true tire service instead of Amwell Auto to help save money. Not many businesses would have taken that approach. I'll definitely be going back.

Kevin replaced the rear differential and viscous clutch in my 2015 ford edge. He worked with salvage yards to get us a price we could afford. He provided great communication during this processes and I really appreciate not only the manual labor, but the research he did to get this car moving again. Thank you!

I have been a long time customer of Amwell Auto because they provide an honest trustworthy service. There are no high pressure tactics and they spend the time explaining what is needed and the associated costs. I would recommend if possible making an appointment but they always respond when the unexpected arises with your vehicle as well.
