Everything was going great until we got our main dish.
We order Bronzino and got half of the fish. Who in the world serves half of the fish.
Over priced but Not a problem. At least give me the whole thing. It was cooked really good. Every thing was delicious. No doubt.
But half the fish is a joke.
They need to fix this problem.
Paying extra for quality is not the problem but getting half of a fish is a big problem.
They should at least put that in the menu that they only serve half of the fish.
Like ordering a steak they put the weight of the steak on the menu. Any where u go they serve the whole fish.
Also they should have an option for fillet or whole.
Very disappointing for a such a nice place and service.

The perfect mix of great food, great drinks, and great vibes. The seafood is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—exactly what you want at the shore. Can’t beat their servers. Kane, Erik, Ali, Francesca, Dante, Julian. Team AB! Top notch.

Probably one of the best steamed mussels in white wine sauce I’ve ever had. Ali and Kane are the best bartenders and are so attentive and personable. They always go above and beyond to accommodate my allergy and provide tip notch service. They keep us coming back!

My husband and I visited Aqua Blue on a Thursday night in April. While the bar area was busy and hopping, the dining room was a bit sparse. Our server was attentive and greeted us within five minutes of being seated.
The menu has a good array of items to order. We shared the beet and buratta cheese salad, which was good but overdressed.
My husband ordered the spaghetti carbonara and I had the chicken breast over radicchio and lentils. Our food was beautifully presented and delicious although a bit pricey.
I did find their wine menu to be very limited.
The dining room while it was beautiful, it felt a bit dated and dark.
I have lived in Ocean County for the last 30 years and this was our first time visiting.
