*update* We had Nate and his partner come by to look at our 20+ year old tub. They quickly identified our problem and fixed it. They educated us on our hot tub and went above and beyond fixing small things like the air control knobs/levers at no extra cost to us. I look forward to working with them in the future. They definitely have my referral. Thank you again, Nate!

A friend of ours recommended Nate to us-he has yet to come by and take a look at our tub (just because we need to schedule) but we called him with our issues and he was able to troubleshoot some basic problems we were having right over the phone to get our spa up and running. I look forward to working with him further on our older spa as he really seems to know what he’s doing. I have no doubt he will be able to get our old spa up and running to top performance and I’d recommend him to anyone else with hot tub problems.

My husband and I have been using this company for going on almost five years! I should have written a review sooner but life gets in the way. I have to say Nate is an amazing and truthful man! I got a hot tub during the pandemic and it was used from a guy down the road, I needed filters and needed something to be checked out I found Nate and his company due to a local Jackson page on FB everyone was recommending him I didn’t care price I feel like if you get that many people saying they loved the company then that’s what I’m going with and I’m glad I did! He’s a guy you want to have in your life it can be the smallest thing he’ll text or call you right back, he comes to your house quickly and will diagnose it and boy has he saved us! It’s hard to find companies / guys like him! He’s a hidden gem in a pile of rocks! Definitely will use him for all my hot tub needs/services! Keep up the amazing work!

Nate and his wife are among the most honest and trustworthy people I've ever meet in ANY business! I have a 25 year old Jacuzzi that basically is held together by band aids and paper clips! Because of its location on my deck it’s a major issue for removal and replacement with a new one. Other service men have come and basically refused to work on it for various reasons and, in my opinion ridiculous reasons. Not Nate though, he will competently diagnose the problem and look for the least costly solution first! He once fix my Jacuzzi with a $2.00 fuse when others only wanted to sell me a new Jacuzzi, SERIOUSLY!!!! My only concern is what I’m gonna do if they ever decide to retire! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!!

Nate and his wife are the absolute best. Fair in price and all around great people. We just bought a new home and after 2 weeks of use, our relay blew on our pump... Just speaking to him on the phone he knew what it was. Came to fix it part in hand and it works awesome. Nate you guys are the best! 105% satisfied, you shouldnt use anyone but him for your hot tub repair

If anyone is in the market for a hot tub or needs a hot tub serviced, I highly recommend Nate from Aqua Pro Spas. I moved into my house in July of 2013. My first order of business was to repair the hot tub that was there. The best decision I made was to contact Nate. He came over and worked with me on the options I had available. It was never ever about a Hugh Sales, it was always about working with me and making me happy.
That old unit lasted us a few more years, thanks to Nate. Now I recently wanted to upgrade my unit and immediately contacted the person I trusted. Nate again worked with me with the budget I had, the hot tub that made the most sense for me that I could afford and get's an A+++ rating for the job. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him in an instant.
