Arlington Diner

The food was spot on. I had a ham and cheese omelet. My friend had the burger. She was happy as a clam. The fries had a delicious gravy too. It wasn't too expensive either.

Went for breakfast, and for $9.25 I got two eggs potatoes and rye toast. The food came out fast but the food was very underwhelming. The potatoes were soft and barely brown from the grittle. The server was pushing us to leave and take our plates before we were even done. It's not like it was crowded and people waiting for tables. I will think twice before making a second visit there when there are so many other options in the area.

My server was very attentive. She listened to what I wanted and I didn’t even feel rushed. I had a horrible day. I needed to take my mind off a few things. I was able to treat myself out and feel full and satisfied. Thank you so much. This is what was left off my plate. P.P. I was also left too. 👀 🤣🙈🥰 Had a great dinner after a workout too. A Jersey classic friendly meals served by friendly folks, I personally love diners for the breakfast served at all hours, it’s hard to find a good breakfast around here but Arlington steps up to the plate and delivers a home run! Thanks to the chef and excellent staff I can’t wait to return!

On Monday, April 14th, 2025, my best friend and I visited Arlington Diner (1 River Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031) and had a great time! Arriving at 8:30 p.m., we got first-hand experience of the neon signage that can be seen from afar. There is significant parking, both in the front and back of the diner. Entering the diner, you will be met with beautiful red and purple neon lights around the walls, a single-seating bar, a drink bar, dessert showcases, and a multitude of brown and red booths that have jukeboxes at every table! The diner was significantly packed upon entrance, but our food still arrived at 9:00 p.m., about 30 minutes after we sat. The server we had the pleasure of meeting made our experience ten times better! Even though my best friend and I are indecisive when it comes to choosing what to eat, our server was extremely patient, friendly, and even gave us specific suggestions on what we should try. The server, along with other servers and staff, all greeted us and engaged in conversations, making the atmosphere feel very welcoming and at home. We decided to order the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Tex Mex Panini, splitting both of our orders to accommodate our indecisiveness. Even though I wish the chicken in the wrap was a bit more crispy, both were delicious! Afterward, we decided to try their famous cheesecakes, and I can say that I definitely recommend the chocolate cheesecake! The total came up to $ 21.95, which I believe is worth giving a try!
