I had all the symptoms of a UTI & the Doc said there were only a small amount of bacteria & no infection. Despite all the symptoms, the doctor did not prescribe an antibiotic. My symptoms worsened, I went to another Urgent Care in 2 weeks in which an antibiotic was prescribed and my symptoms cleared up. I had to suffer two more weeks due to the failure of the doctor listening to me & failure to provide the appropriate treatment. I will not be returning to this facility. I just do not trust the diagnostician at this facility, as I was just advised to see a Specialist. Even a small amount of bacteria with multiple symptoms, indicates an infection.
Front desk lady was super kind & understanding. Had back pain, been throwing up all night & day. The dr. asked me why I was sick. I was like maybe because I teach preschool. His bedside manner sucked. Never checked for flu & sent me on my way to the ER. Not to think that I could’ve pulled or strained my back from throwing up.
My experience at urgent care today was very pleasant. The secretary was very nice and very efficient. She treated me with care and clearly knew what she was doing. . Also the nurse and Doctor were very nice and attentive to how I was feeling. The X-ray technician was so nice and caring as well. This was my first time at this location in BARNEGAT and I will definitely be back because of the level of professionalism by the entire staff. This location was so clean too! I was not feeling well and being at urgent care today made me feel better and I got the necessary medicine that I needed right away. The doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Thank you again!!! I appreciate it! One more thing, the radiologist called me right away, that’s a huge plus. Thank you!!!
I have never been to a nicer and cleaner urgent care! The staff and Dr.Barber are phenomenal! If you want an in and out experience with a quick solution and great bedside hospitality I definitely recommend! This will be my go to should an issue arise again! Thank you Atlanti Care Barnegat Team!
