I purchased a remote start for my daughter’s Mercedes, they installed without any issues, where other shops didn’t want to do it & said it would cost triple the amount that Automotive Elegance installed it for.

When I called, I Spoke with Sean who told me what the process was for remote start. So went online ordered, paid and called to make appt. Sean was there when I got there and answered a million questions and answered them so patiently. Then he took my car in and in 1.5 hrs he was done. Of course he explained how to use but guess what, more questions. And even better said any other questions don't hesitate to call and ask. And when I got home I did. Wow, what a patient man. And even then said call if you have any other questions. Would highly recommend. The price was definitely fair.

I spoke to them via text at night. They told me exactly what the cost would be when I gave him the year making and model, they gave me appointment for the next day at 1 o’clock. I showed up at 12:30. They brought the truck right in they installed an Auto Start and everything is just absolutely perfect and everybody there was a gentleman. These people are the best.
I couldn’t be happier with the work Sean did at Automotive Excellence! He installed a full JL Audio system in my boat, and the results are absolutely incredible. The sound quality is next level—my boat has never sounded this good.
