Jim & Karen are truly a God send!! Karen assisted us with picking our flooring and could not have been more accommodating. Her friendly personality and compassionate heart truly helped this process be so smooth! Jim did a beyond amazing job on our floors and truly is an expert in his field. His work is impeccable and he does not miss a beat! He goes above and beyond for his clients, which I say clients loosely because you feel more like family! He is incredibly clean with his space while working and does everything he can to make sure you are 100% happy. Not only are they so patient and kind , they both even came to our home to color match the sample flooring. Over 30 years we have been in our home, we have meet with several flooring companies and I must say Bayville carpet and flooring are the very best by far!!From our first meeting, to the installation, preforming the work, to the final product. It was nothing short of Perfect. They transformed our regular family room to a room you would see in a magazine.

Maryann was the best! Love this place! They have shades & blinds as well as carpet. Will come again!

They do an excellent job at installing and repairing carpet. Our dogs pulled the carpet back and ripped up a small piece. The photos are when Jim tried to stretch the carpet but then had to seam it. You can kind of see a seam in the picture but not anymore.

Everything went as planned. We went to the store on Route 9 about 2 weeks prior to closing and spoke with Karen about getting something set up for measuring and work done. She was very helpful and told and pretty much told us to give them a call when the house closed to set up a time to measure. She told us what to expect with estimating, pricing, and timing on getting the work done. She was always very responsive and, when we called her the day prior to closing, she told us when to expect Jim, her husband, to come out an measure for the carpeting. Jim came, measured, and the next day, got us a very reasonable estimate for a nice, quality carpet. Both were very accommodating with allowing us to take the carpet samples to see in our new home to make sure we liked the choices, They ordered the carpet, and told us exactly when it was to arrive. Work was done right after the carpet came in. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and the quality of work done. They did an excellent job and were always timely and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when we have flooring needs arise.
