John and his team of very talented tile setters did an amazing job on our bathroom. The craftsmanship is top notch, but also the experience was flawless. Being a master bath renovation it could have been very disruptive but John and his team kept the whole place clean and dust free. They were very easy to communicate with and promptly answered all questions. I’d highly recommend them for any tile job big or small.

John at Leave It To Me is a true professional. We had the pleasure of working with John and his team during a full renovation of our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. John was always attentive and very responsive during the entire process from start to finish. He guided us through every step, starting with our initial meetings to discuss plans and discuss details.

John helped us navigate a tight timeline between the selling of our home and getting the condo move in ready. Renovations and remodels are exciting until they become overwhelming with all the moving parts - order delays, scheduling, unexpected snags and making selections of all the items you need. Throughout it all John was always responsive, communicative and guided us through the process.

John and his guys did our kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. Everything turned out amazing! The crew was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. September 2025 - Since completing the bathroom remodel with "Leave It To Me Construction," we have hired John and his team to do basement insulation and dry-wall work. My instincts are right - this is the team to hire for remodel or other interior repair or construction work. It is just wonderful to work with John - he is highly collaborative, listens to your concerns and provides prompt recommendations and prices. His price seems very reasonable (I am not comparing with any other company because I just don't have the time to get multiple estimates) based on what I know and have learnt myself doing handyman work myself. You can probably get other technically good remodeling companies but what I am mostly looking for ethical, and honest professionals as well as the team to complete the work as promised on schedule. John and his team fit this bill and I would not hire anyone else going forward. Please note - John is not a friend of mine or I am getting some kind of discount to write this review. I am just a satisfied customer who likes this company's work ethics and professionalism.

March 2025 - We recently hired John and his team, for a full bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and stayed within budget and timeline—which is rare! They even made in-flight changes that we requested (as the project was only about 20% complete). Thanks to Victor for always accommodating us.

The quality of workmanship is top-notch. The tile work is flawless, the fixtures are perfectly installed, and the space looks modern and polished. They kept the worksite clean each day and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. John is a classic project manager - always tells you what's going to be done for that day and at the end of the day he will communicate again to tell you what the next steps are. This is where this company excels. And once they start the work they will work everyday to meet the project deadline.

If you're looking for a contractor who delivers beautiful work with honesty and integrity, I highly recommend John and his crew. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

My bathroom is beyond great. Victor and Anderson were top of the line great. I am so happy with my bathroom and I appreciated their work ethic and patience. They were very thorough and diligent. Very hard workers. I plan on rehiring them again to remodel my 2nd bathroom. I would not rehire them again if they did not do an excellent job. Thank you so much Leave it to me construction . Their prices a fairly well, genuine and honest in comparison to other places that charge triple the amount. I’ve did quotes with like 7 other places and I hired this company because they were honest and fair .
