Highly recommend Bayville Towing and Recovery. Aldo came out to help on a Sunday afternoon when I was stranded with a hole in my tire. He was very professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.
Highly recommend! When my car suddenly stopped steering on a back road in whiting, I thought for sure my axle was snapped. I called Bayville Towing and a friendly voice answered the phone, quoted me a very reasonable price to get me back to Bayville, and asked if I was stopped in a safe place. Then Aldo called to let me know he would be there shortly, showed me what was wrong with the car, (it was the control arm), recommended a local mechanic, even put my car on jack stands so it didn’t get further damaged when he lowered it into my driveway. Friendly, honest, helpful people. They made a bad day better.
Scheduled a 6pm pick up to take car from Point A to B. Driver was on time, friendly and professional. Truck was super clean too which I appreciate as a business owner with trucks and vans myself. Its Amazing how all you have to do, is the thing you're hired to do, and customers will be happy! Sadly most owners cant comprehend that!
