Blended Flavors - Bloomfield

I ordered on Uber eats, everything was quick and easy so no complaints there. The food is definitely overhyped.The chicken was okay. It tastes like regular hot honey butter sauce , but other than that the chicken itself didn't have much taste. Also if you like small wings, this isn't the spot for you these wings are pretty big. The potato salad was white as ever with zero flavor besides slightly sweet. It was overcooked, kind of tasted like sweet, lumpy mashed potatoes. The greens didn't have taste either, no salt, no real flavor. The price isn't the worst but the food, definitely sub par.

From the moment we arrived, the service at Blended Flavors was outstanding. The waiters were incredibly attentive and kind, and Chris and Melany took especially great care of us.

The drinks and appetizers were an easy 10/10. The Bang Bang Shrimp was a standout crispy, full of flavor, and impressively sized. The mac & cheese was creamy and packed with flavor, and the whiting was perfectly crispy and delicious. The Rasta Pasta had a good kick to it, with bold flavors that worked well together. The chicken wings were another favorite, with great crunch and that amazing Bang Bang sauce that quickly became our table’s top pick.

The only dish that fell short was the banana pudding, which could use some improvement as it didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the meal.

Overall, a great dining experience with excellent service, good music ,flavorful dishes, and a few standout favorites we’d definitely come back for. Thank you for a great experience.

Fun tiny eatery with the BEST cornbread I've ever had. It comes in it's own little skillet with crispy edges & a warm soft center. I ordered the catfish mask that find with 3 pieces. Would have looked it to be a wee bit crisper, but was def. flavorful. My mom got the street 🌽, which comes in 5 bite size pieces & all the fixings. My dad got himself she crispy fried chicken, also 3 pieces. The mac n cheese is outta this 🌎. Has good coleslaw too. I'll absolutely be going back to try some different s meals & sides. Very friendly efficient staff. Clean

My Wife brought me here for my birthday and I loved it. The food was excellent and the portions were great. Small establishment but dine in tables and the service was excellent. Our server was Manni and He was very friendly, attentive and had a great personality. Will surely visit again!!!

Wow, what a wonderful spontaneous find! I called yesterday to see what kind of food they served because the reviews were impressive on Google, but some people get paid, and some times they be lying. Lol. The gentleman on the phone was so nice after I asked him 50-11 questions. I was with one extremely picky person- my cousin and my big sister who doesn't eat meat. We pulled up, and it was really cute on the outside. I told the gentleman that he would be able to match the caller (me) once he saw my big hair! Inside is real cool, inviting with a nice little photo wall. I forgot the server's name, but he was outstanding. He was taking orders for the patrons seated and to-go.
The food was seasoned perfectly, and our food was hot. We saw the steam. That is a big YESSSSSSSSSSSS for us. I had the jerk chicken with collar greens and Mac. La-licious!!!! My sister had catfish, string beans, and plantains.They ran out of cabbage, but she was pleased with the string beans. My cousin (smh) had catfish, yams, rice with oxtail gravy, and greens. She also had a sample of the potato salad, which she thought was great, too. She asked for her greens to be warmed up, and our server got her another one. My sister and I both had the virgin mojitos, and they were so good and refreshing. If they had rum, baby, it would have been a situation (a great one). Honestly, it was the best virgin mojito I ever had. After a long and wild week, this was an awesome treat and a fantastic find. We will definitely be back. Either separately or together.
