Brick House Tavern + Tap

We visited Brickhouse Tavern & Tap for a family dinner and left feeling very disappointed. The steak was completely off in both taste and texture — we ordered it medium rare, but it arrived well‑done, tough, and lacking any flavor. The blackened chicken sandwich was equally bland and underwhelming. For a bill of $160, we expected a much better dining experience.

I’m from out of state, but I been a big fan of Brick House since we don’t have them where I live. I usually eat here at least twice a week, and I’ve never had a bad experience or a disappointing meal other than I was not a fan of the mahi mahi. Otherwise its always consistently good and the service here is excellent.

So far the Drunken Porkchops is my favorite meal here and I tried just about everything on the menu 😋

Great spot to watch the UFC fights!
I came to Brick Tavern House + Tap and had an awesome time. The vibe was perfect — plenty of TVs, great sound, and the energy in the room made the fights even better. The staff was friendly and quick, even though it was a busy night. Food came out hot and fresh, and the drinks were solid too.

Definitely one of the best places in Jersey to catch a fight night. I’ll be back for the next UFC event for sure.

Been here a couple times for work luncheon. Food is basic tavern food, burgers, wings, sandwiches. All good, but nothing to write home about. Beer list is better than average. Service has always been top notch. Great little tavern for simple food and drinks.

My boyfriend and I went on Saturday, I enjoyed my food and our waitress Chin was great so we came back Sunday! Food presentation was a lil different but Carl our waiter was a delight! Margarita special on Sunday can't pass it up $3! And $4 Mimosa for brunch. Would definitely come back if in the area.
