It's usually clean. But as of late in the few times I've gone there have been more washing machines broken. It isn''t a pleasant time when children are running, screaming dashing about the place running into the way of customers only trying to do their laundry and leave. The older lady before she left her shift told the parents they had to stop their kids from running and screaming around but this was after about 30 minutes of customers looking at each other with disdain about being nearly run into or dodging them whilst doing the laundry. The other heavier younger lady said nothing. Not sure if these kinds of things continue to be if I won't look for another place to do my laundry regardless of a little further distance.
