Blab is a great space to get a quick effective workout in at a convenient time of the day, especially for in the mornings before work. The coaches are all rockstars and help push you through the workout. I love the different dynamics of the different classes, and the structure is really good for those just starting out in their fitness journey as well as those who are more advanced.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience at BLAB, and what sets them apart from the rest are the people! From day 1, it’s easy to find a sense of belonging where the coaches genuinely care about your progress, strangers become friends, and you actually enjoy showing up for class. Highly recommend.

Impressive facility and a helpful team of skilled and friendly coaches. There are so many fitness centers in the area, but this is the first place that gave me an actual workout. Their workouts are quick but are all killers! Absolutely no BS, just pure work.
