Your place is always so clean. The entrance, hallways and rooms are properly maintained. Personnel is always polite and greet you as you come and go.
The outside, grounds and entrance, are also well kept.
That is so important to me and other guests for it shows that your facility cares about everyone who is resident and guest.

My mom has been here for over two months. She was completely resistant to going to any facility. She has Parkinsons Disease and realized she needed to ensure there were full time aides available to assist her as needed. She loves the care here she says the staff here treats her like family. They are wonderfully caring, the great administators, aides, activity coordinators, physical therapists and the amazing nursing staff. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of care for their loved one.

I moved my mom in during Covid. Jennifer Van Dam was great to work with and helped make as smooth a transition as possible. Covid precautions and procedures were handled wonderfully. I always had contact with my mom. They are very transparent and respond timely with questions and concerns. The facility is well taken care of. They updated flooring and are in the process of fixing the sidewalks and parking lot. The doctors that care for my mom communicate well. I feel very confident that she is well cared for. CareOne at The Cupola is a great choice for you or a loved one.

My mother was here for rehab after coming of a ventilator.
The staff took excellent care of my mother and even though I could not visit my mom all the time I slept well knowing they took care of her like she was their mom.
The place is clean and the staff friendly . If you Can have your parents here do it .
