Dr. Chen, I am going to miss you so much! After 20+ years of being your patient, to find out that you passed away, I cried like I lost a family member. His staff has always been courteous on the phone and in person. They know there job, and I have never had a problem with any of them. Those who complained; perhaps you should re-evaluate on how you treated them!. As far as Dr. Chen and Dr. Santoro, caring and excellent doctors an never a problem. . Highly recommend!!!!
