I'd like to retract and digress from a previous review I posted.
I attended counseling sessions here and was very frustrated with the counselor that I was I assigned. I posted a 1 star review and figured I'd move on and forget about it. I guess you can say, "Let Go & Let God". And that prayer answered. The Founder of the organization called me and Jeff me a very welcoming and professional voicemail. I called back and we had a discussion about my issue. I was also contacted by one of the head counselors. We all ended up in a conference call that same day. They listened to my plight with concern and even allowed me to explain my suggestion on the issue. It was all actually a misunderstanding and technical problems they encountered within their system.
What I wrote like to mention and point out is that they called immediately and addressed my concerns. I worked alot with the BBB and with their membership and organization must address consumers concerns. In other words, no one's perfect, every God organization will have a negative review say some point. So the BBB, insist that completed address the concerns and in a timely manner. That is how company's maintain A+ standings with them, by just responding and addressing the concerns. Christian Wellness did that and a lot more.
So I commend them for making my issues matter, addressing my concerns wholeheartedly, and going and above and beyond what I had expected. I will be glad to recommend family and friends and anyone else to just give them a chance to "wow" you.
Poor communication. Threat to send my outstanding balance to collections before even sending me a proper bill that specifies the amount per session. I only received an email and a text message about the total balance and no instructions on how they'd want me to pay. Super vague and threatening. I tried to make payments via phone and was led to voicemail multiple times. Tiffany Smart, the operating officer, was super cold over the phone and was unapologetic about how they managed the situation.
