City Tacos and Wings

My first time trying out this place. I ordered a burrito and side of Mexican corn. The beef burrito I wasn’t too much of a fan of. The Mexican corn was really good, my husband enjoyed it. Would consider coming here again.

Food used to be great but the last several times it’s been very inconsistent which is a shame. This last time really took the cake as the burrito fit right into my palm, it was so ridiculously small. The rice was also cold.

One of the most welcoming and nicest places you could go to for a guaranteed good bite. The owner, Cesear is so friendly and treats all of his customers very well and always has good vibes. The food, made by him, is always amazing, my favorite pick from there is the loaded fries with steak and the burritos are always made with so much flavor. Thirdly, the wings with the mango habenero is an excellent pick if you’re feeling wings, it’s a good balance of sweet and spicy with a tangy crisp texture. Overall the place is an underrated gem in Lyndhurst NJ amongst the other Italian restaurants but it is a must try if you’re feeling well made Mexican food. If you liked hummus and guac which shutdown last year, then this is an amazing successor to that place.

First time here and it was such a great experience, got greeted by the owner and he was an amazing host. I felt so welcomed and at home, I love all the color in the place as well. Great pop art style with bright walls, making it welcoming. The food now!!! Lord it was tasty 🤤 I had their signature Birria Tacos and I was not disappointed from presentation, to portion size and tasty are well thought out and made with love. I’m a traveling show production technician, and I love finding these gems all over the U.S. this place is definitely going on the map. Thanks for all the delicious food and conversations.
