Claire's Alterations Studio

I went to Claire to get my satin bridesmaids dress altered prior to a wedding. My sisters both went to Claire to have their chiffon bridesmaids dresses altered for my wedding and were happy with her work. I met with Claire in her quaint studio to discuss what I needed; a hem, to take the bust in and have the straps altered. Prior to the scheduled pick up, Claire had me try the dress on to ensure it fit properly. I ended up not needing the straps adjusted after she took in the bust but she allowed time in the event that any additional alterations needed to be made. Claire is kind, personable, professional and easy to talk to. I recommend her highly and I will definitely be back for any alterations I need!

Claire's the best. She had a lot of work on her hands when I had an emergency with a dress that i needed to get altered and she turned me away but as I was leaving, she didn't have the heart to turn me away and did an amazing job with my dress in a very short period of time. I brought in four pairs of hospital uniform scrubs that were too baggy and long for me. Claire took the time to understand the problem and did an excellent job with the needed alterations. She is professional, thorough, and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend using her service.

I first contacted Claire 3 days before a wedding when I desperately needed to get my Bridesmaid dress hemmed and altered. She let me drop the dress off THAT NIGHT and pick it up THE NEXT DAY. Claire was absolutely amazing. I reached out for a last minute bridesmaid dress alteration and she happily saw me that same day. The dress was ready a few days later and it was so beautiful, I didn’t want to take it off. It fit me perfectly. Her work was exceptional. The pricing was fair also.
