Came here after a terrible experience at a competitors store and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and knowledge from the woman who helped me. It was my first time purchasing boots and she guided me through it. The prices and selection were amazing. I will be back :)
Go East to go West? It took two visits for me to pull the trigger on a leather vest/shirt, when on the second visit (today 8/8/25) Lisa very quickly solved my problem with a fairly plain black leather vest, and a snap on white shirt,,,,,and,,,,,voila! problem solved. It looks great! Now understand that I needed a vest (wasnt thinking western) and when I explained the situation.....lisa went to work immediately. I have to add, that if i were in the market for a western hat and boots...... this IS clealy the place to go. It was a haul from western nassau, but the vest was priced right and the shirt? it seemed like a gift! So now i am going to tell my friends,,,,sometimes you just have to go east....to GO WEST!
Very quaint and friendly western wear shop,feels homey and the workers there made me feel welcomed and had plenty of knowledge and were a great help with what I came in looking for
I love my cowgirl boots! My dad and I first heard of Go West on the radio. So, we wanted to take a quick stop to see it ourselves. The staff is sweet, interactive, and very helpful! I love the old western smell, style, and country style. The smell is still on my boots, and I hope it doesn’t go away! This is the most country shop. We’re definitely coming back! The boots also fit my feet perfectly! :) YEEHAW! 𐚁𓄀℧ 𓃗
First time getting into western boots!
Walked in the store not knowing what to expect. I was not disappointed though. It may be a small store but they've got a GREAT selection. 2 members of their staff walled me through everything and made sure I found the boots that fit perfect. I'll be back!
