Clarkson Eyecare

Clarkson Eyecare is one of the best places I have been for eye appointments. I cannot express enough how patient, understanding, and supportive the whole team is here. Every receptionist and assistant is extremely kind and personable which makes the stress of everything go away. They assist and guide you through every step of the process including insurance, billing, concerns, questions, everything. Dr. Meskin does an excellent job of informing you of everything going on with your eyes without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. I regret to say I cannot remember her assistants name but the woman who led the pre-appointment portion also was so nice and helpful in explaining everything and having care for her patients. While everyone was great, I want to give a special shout out to Kim; she is amazing at what she does and a fantastic person overall. Can I say that I had fun at an eye appointment? (Haha) She helped me work out the billing aspects of the visit and even made the process of finding new frames so easy and enjoyable even. Not once in this whole process did I feel pressured or uncomfortable especially due to Kim’s overall positive attitude and great conversation that ensued from that. Clarkson Eyecare will always be my place to go!

My daughter needed new glasses and I've been having such a hard time finding ones to fit her tiny face. The manager there was extremely kind and patient. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and even broke down all the numbers on the glasses and explained what each one meant to me so I knew what measurements to look for. I'm so glad I went in there and left with so much more information! Thank you!

I’ve been visiting the Brick location for years. My most recent visit (last week) was good. It was my first time with the new doctor and she was great. I didn’t buy new glasses there for two reasons. 1. Lack of choice regarding frames. 2. Even with insurance and discounts they were very expensive.

I always have a great experience in this office. From Jillian at the front desk; Dr Kateryna Meskin who gave me a very thorough examination and answered all my questions and concerns to Barb the optician who has always been very knowledgeable in her position and who has assisted me many times over the years. I was taken in for my appointment right away, and everyone who worked there was friendly and efficient.

Dr. M and the team were excellent with my dad who is recovering from stroke and needed eye exam. The patience, care and professionalism is beyond words. My father was so comfortable ; the great selections of eye glasses. Thanks again for great care.
