Compact Kars sets the standard for all services auto related. Unlike a dealership, CK does not try to overwhelm you with upselling you on a myriad of parts and services that you really don't need. Probably why they've been successfully in business so long and are highly regarded. Tom, Jeff, Bill and the rest of the staff are true pros. My cars will go no place else.
Five stars all the way for their service, communications, and kindness. I had service done to my Mercedes that helped fix an issue with the car. I'll be bringing my car here now moving forward for routine maintenance.

Compact Kars is the true “One Stop” Shop. Someone had backed into my 2025 Cadillac CT5. The front bumper was damaged, front cameras, radiator support….. you get the idea, it was ugly.
Insert Compact Kars. I called up and Joe immediately put me at ease and calmed me down. I was able to drop my car off the same day and was able to take advantage of their in house loaner cars. From start to finish, Joe kept me me up to speed and handled everything for me. When I picked up my car tonight, it looks like nothing ever happened. Every little detail was expected to the T and my car is better then brand new. Thanks you to Joe, Jeff, Nick and the rest of the Compact Kars team!!
