Complete Martial Arts

My son loves this place, always motivated to come to every class. Great teaching and atmosphere!

This place doesn't toot it's own horn nearly enough. We enrolled our son into martial arts and after-school with CMA and our daughter for martial arts (she is doing after-school starting next year) and they both ask for more. The environment is extremely friendly yet disciplined and respectful. The staff is very communicative and a pleasure to speak with. Long story short- this place is a hidden gem!

I’ve been going to CMA Fitness for just over 2 years and love it! The trainers constantly work to keep the workouts fun, different and challenging! All of the members are really motivating and encouraging, which makes it feel like a big family! And most importantly, there are early morning and night classes, which gives me no excuse to get my workout in each day (even with my NYC commute). It’s definitely worth trying out for yourself, especially with all of the great deals they offer! 💪🏽

I have been on this fitness/nutrition journey for 4.5 years now at this location. Great program for anyone, especially anyone who hasn't focused on nutrition or fitness in some time. Group sessions are great and you get out of it what you want to put into it. Participants help each other in the gym and beyond in ways I never expected when I started. The journey of self improvement is not something you get quickly but over time with consistency.

My rating of fours stars is simple....myself, the people attending, the trainers and owner continue to reach for improvement and that fifth star every day.

While I do not live in Roseland, I have attended seminars taught by Grandmaster Kim Bok-Man and Grandmaster Brad Shipp in several states, and have been to the Roseland location for a brief visit as well. They have ruined my martial arts for the better! If I were not teaching my own classes, I could only take classes from Grandmaster Kim and Grandmaster Shipp. I have visited other locations along with my students, but we could never attend those other locations. The instruction just isn't as challenging, nor the results as personally rewarding, as the instruction from Grandmaster Kim and Grandmaster Shipp, as well as Master Clint, who teaches at the Roseland location and keeps the gym running when Grandmaster Kim and Grandmaster Shipp share their knowledge at seminars. If I lived near Roseland, there is no doubt I would choose Complete Martial Arts.
